2. How is TestPlus different from traditional test management tools?
TestPlus goes beyond basic test case storage. It helps teams generate test cases from requirements, improve traceability, track execution progress, and accelerate the journey from manual testing to automation using AI.
  • Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher plan, the changes take effect immediately. We'll prorate your billing and only charge you the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrading: You can downgrade your plan at any time, and the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Team to Individual: If you need to switch from a team plan to an individual one, you can do so from your billing settings. Note that team-specific features will no longer be available.
  • Free to Paid: Upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan gives you immediate access to premium features.
