Qynte ("we", "us") is a technology company based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (qynte.com), how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, where they apply to visitors from other regions, laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email address, company, and your message. We use a form-processing service to deliver these submissions to our inbox.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement on this site. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) from our hosting provider for security and operations.

Cookies and your consent

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. A consent banner appears on your first visit; measurement runs only if you choose Accept, implemented via Google Consent Mode. If you Decline, the site works normally and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run this site and our business: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads measurement), our form-processing provider (for demo and contact submissions), our website hosting provider, and our email provider. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside Australia (including the United States and the European Union). Where they do, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent protections.

Retention

We keep demo and contact submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain our business records. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics service (typically 2 to 14 months) before aggregation or deletion.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS with a strict Content-Security-Policy and modern security headers. We limit access to personal information to those who need it and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to delete it. The TestPlus product

This policy covers the qynte.com website. Data processed inside the TestPlus platform on behalf of our customers (such as test cases, requirements and defect data) is governed by the agreement between Qynte and each customer — the customer remains the controller of that data.
