Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to the qynte.com website. By using this site you agree to these terms. The use of the TestPlus platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement provided when you subscribe — where the two differ in relation to the product, that agreement prevails.

Use of this website

You may browse this site and use the material on it to learn about Qynte and TestPlus. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping at volumes that impair the service, or using the site to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, logos, illustrations, page designs and software — is owned by Qynte or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. "Qynte", "TestPlus", "TestGenie", "AutoPlus" and associated logos are trademarks of Qynte. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party product names mentioned on this site (for example in comparison articles) are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is for identification and comparison only and does not imply endorsement.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current — including our comparison articles, which reflect publicly documented competitor capabilities at the stated date. Products change; we don't warrant that every detail is current at the moment you read it. If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, tell us at request@qynte.com and we'll review it promptly.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qynte will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (for example, documentation and review platforms). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information through this site is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
